Shipping times vary by product.  Single or small quantities without engraving usually ship within 3 business days and arrive at your location 6 - 10 days later.   Larger quantities or those orders requiring engraving, debossing, or personalization may take longer.

• On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the expected delay.
   
• We only accept credit card orders from the United States. If you would like to place an order and reside in another country, you will need to contact us directly from the "Contact Us Link". Please send an email telling us the item(s) you would like to order and the country where they will be shipped to. We will respond via email with your total charges.  You will also be responsible for any customs charges.
